Residential Building Certification.

Building compliance assessment and certification incl. BA3-CDC is priced from $290 to $890 excl.GST for residential projects. Email us for a quote. 

1-3 days. More time might be required for larger projects. 

No, unless requested. We will collate and stamp all project documents ready for the building permit application (generally submitted by owner/builder/stakeholder).

We will confirm upon quote acceptance and design review. But generally, we require architectural and structural drawings, energy efficiency and/or BAL report(s), specification(s), survey plan, title, planning approval letter etc.

Commercial Building Certification.

Building compliance assessment, technical code advice and certification incl. BA3-CDC and BA17-CCC are POA for all projects. Contact us for a fee proposal. 

Min. 3 days for small projects. More time required for larger projects. 

No, unless requested. We will collate and stamp all project documents ready for the BA1 building permit application (generally submitted by owner/builder/stakeholder). We will however complete a pre-occupancy inspection and issue a BA17-CCC.

We will confirm upon quote acceptance and design review. Please provide us with min. architectural drawings, engineering, planning, energy, fire, access, spec etc.

We can, however it is usually done by the design team. Each project is different. This is typically required for buildings with GFA >500sqm - TBC in each instance.

Combined building and timber pest inspections are priced from $450 excl.GST Contact us direct for a quote. We do our best to be price competitive.

60-120 minutes at the property. 1-2 days for reporting. Same day reports available.

Yes, we will attempt to gain access to the roof cavity in every instance in accordance with the relevant standard(s). 

Testing of some fixtures, appliances or specialist plant & equipment i.e. mechanical lifts, A/C, pool/spa pumps unless instructed by the client.
