What's included? Our combined Building and Timber Pest Inspection Reports are designed to meet your needs. We will inspect the readily accessible areas of the building and property, including structural and non-structural components in accordance with AS4349. Following the inspection we will provide you with a detailed report, including photos, observations and recommendations.
Any major defects or safety hazards are clearly detailed at the start of each report. Our pre-purchase building and timber pest inspection reports are typically ready for issue within 1-2 days, same day reports are available - just ask.

Completed in accordance with Australian Standard AS4349.1 Appendix A, incl. the readily accessible internal and external structural elements of the property. The main inspection scope covers:
